How many sessions do I need to do each week?
You can discuss this in your initial consultation. There are flexible options to suit your lifestyle. You can work with me, fully remotely, via my app or meet for sessions in person or online.
If I train remotely via the app, how does this work?
After the initial consultation, you will receive a link to the app with your payment set-up and training calendar. Each session includes instructions and demo video's. You can complete the training at a time that is convenient for you and update your performance on each session. We will meet online to assess and adjust training as required.
I don't have a gym membership. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Your training will be planned around the equipment available to you. If we think equipment may provide some benefit to you, we will make recommendations of affordable options, but the decision is ultimately yours.
Where will my sessions take place?
- Online Personal Training Sessions are held over video call.
- In-Person Personal Training Sessions take place at home, in the garden or outdoors. We currently do not operate in public gyms or any other facilities.
We are only able to cover this service in Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea.
Can my partner or friend join my session?
Yes, We operate a policy whereby 2 people can train at the same cost as 1. Training with someone gives you extra accountability and motivation to reach your goals. Please consider your fitness goals beforehand as if they are very different it becomes difficult for your trainer to accommodate you both in the same session
